Resend processes consultation-form content to deliver the notification email to the firm. If the firm is involved in a reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of operations, relevant information may be reviewed or transferred subject to applicable professional and legal duties.

The firm does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, this policy and any required choice mechanism must be updated before the change takes effect.

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and understand aggregate website use and content performance. The analytics configuration does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, consultation-form fields, or message text to Google Analytics. Google Tag Manager support also exists in the website code but remains disabled unless an approved public container identifier is configured.

Videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube or Google may still receive technical information or place technologies when you load or interact with a video. Embedded providers apply their own terms and privacy policies.

You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking some operational technologies may affect website features. The website does not presently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, which are not interpreted consistently. It should honor legally required preference signals if and when a covered practice is introduced.
